產(chǎn)品描述：Mouse splenocytes (MS) are obtained from the spleen of healthy adult mice after the removal of splenic macrophages. The spleen serves as a hub for functions such as erythrocyte storage, hemoglobin metabolism, iron recycling, and importantly, playing a pivotal role in the immune system. By initiating primary immune responses to bloodborne antigens and producing antibodies, the spleen contributes significantly to immune defense. Mononuclear splenocytes encompass a spectrum of immune cells like T-lymphocytes, B-lymphocytes, NK cells, and NK T cells. Essential for immune research, primary MS can be utilized to isolate specific cell types such as CD4+ T-cells, CD8+ T-cells, and CD45R+ B cells.
